A new season of Youkai Watch focusing on elementary schooler Keita Amano again. The events take place right after the original season; but still chronologically occur before the now complete Shadow Side events as they take place 30 years in the future.
1. Episode 1
Elementary student Nathan Adams is fed up with himself for being way too "average." He thinks, "can't just something unusual happen to me?" and then the closet opens up on its own and he hears a strange voice shouting from inside? "No, something unusual can't happen", Nate tells himself; but then in class, he catches onto very strange occurrences, like seeing a cat-like red silhouette flicker in the moment it appears, notices the awful stench of farts, and people making funny faces at lunchtime... What in the world is going on around Nate? Could Nate have forgotten about Yo-kai?!

"Nate has suddenly moved to another house. It seems his new home is next door to Katie's! Whisper's suggests "could such good luck be the work of a Yo-kai?", that hunch proves true. The dragon Yo-kai "Bloominoko", housing tremendous luck power that's drawn out when it appears, is at work! Nate finds out that just as Bloominoko leaves, he'll face the inverse with misfortune coming his way, so he tries to meet every demand to restrain Bloominoko, but...?!"[...]

Jibanyan has to train to be Santa Claus so he can deliver Christmas presents all over Springdale. Lord Enma holds a tournament where the Yo-kai has a chance to defeat him to get the Lord Enma ark.
